I love doing mood boards because its an easy way to get out a design concept without having to do a whole project. Since I love colour so much and mixing sometimes unlikely palettes, purchase pills I wanted to do a little more modern take on the spring palette so I added a florescent yellow and dusty blue to pull in the deeper tones. I can’t help but notice two colors standing out so much this season, black and yellow. I used to think people looked like bumble bees when they mixed the colors but times have changed and now I love the two. Mustard with charcoal gray or black looks amazing. I am especially loving it in home decor items like pillows, throws and accessories, not to mention how stinkin cute those Docs are in yellow!
