This was a fun shoot from a photography workshop called Photo Native held here in Utah. The theme was a Victorian Wedding and I love how it turned out. The oval-shaped flowers and the tufted loveseat with the pale blue dress were perfect touches. For the invitation suite, approved I wanted to emulate the floral crest they used back then and so I did a double sided invitation with the watercolor flowers and gold ink accents. The paper was just a textured watercolor paper which I tore the edges to give it that hand made look.

Happy Birthday to my little sissy!!! I can’t believe she is so grown up and has a big girl job now. She teaches English to Jr. High students and they really love her (of course because she is so cool!)

Nicole decided to dye her hair pink a few weeks ago and so I tried to take pics. I reaaalllly struggle but these were some of the good ones. I wish there was a workshop or something for real beginnners, like people who don’t even know how to use their camera. I’ll get there someday, for now I will just keep teaching myself and hoping for the best. Kim and Alex. I finally got these pictures and I honestly couldn’t be happier for this couple. Kim is one of my best friends and we have been through so much together, the fact that she found Alexander was such an answer to our prayers. They are such a strong couple, not to mention they have fantastic taste. Kim has a funky, earthy style and her bohemian wedding was a really fun thing for me to participate in. I designed some watercolor floral invitations in her pretty fall colors. Her wedding was such a dream onto of the valley and with all the beautiful flowers by Lizy Bowden gave the perfect feeling of fall and earthy beauty.
