So I am now putting this invitation suite in my etsy shop. The files can be made to get gold foil or I can do a white or neutral ink if you want to go the less expensive route. I think the tone of this invitation is very romantique and mysterious and perfect for fall. I wanted it to feel very classical but modern using the splashes of gold foil on top of the floral painting and the modern brushy typography. I picture this wedding being in the gardens of England with fountains and ivy everywhere. The lighting would be very low and the overall look of the wedding is a classic midsummer nights dream. Busy doing things for pretty people who do pretty things. This client makes your eyes pop with some sexy lash extensions. I absolutely love what lash extensions do for a girl, literally my self esteem jumps up a few points when I wake up and look in the mirror and don’t shake my head in disgust. Rather I smile and flutter my big luscious lashes and feel good about what the world has to offer me. But enough of my ranting on about beauty and such, lets get to the design of these cards. I knew immediately that I wanted to do gold lashes somehow. I am very inspired by the fashion illustrators lately so I wanted to do a hand drawn element with a sleek, sexy and fashion forward but simple card. I started out with a much bigger colour palette but we quickly cut it down to the beautiful black and white with touches of gold. These were some of my favourite concepts, I love how it turned out.

I feel so grateful I can participate in fun shoots like these.  I love art and artistic people, prescription it is so exhilarating to be creative and work with people who are the same.

It is hard to see but I watercolored the background with light pink paint strokes and then did gold foil lettering on top.

Hello ladies and fashionable gents. I designed a lovely little number for a fashion lovers wall. Who doesn’t love YSL, and in gold foil? I die! Here is a new addition to my store and I wanted to show you a unique way I styled it. You can use a hanger like these or a normal skirt hanger here and clip it in.
